a test story from a new member
geez no matter what i do, i the admin, can't give access to any user in this system to edit their own story without giving them additional rights to other things, even though the the edit icon appears, all stories are still read only

when i click the edit icon I get

I did a manual re-setup of geeklog (versus auto from fantastico) just to be sure I would still get this error under either configuration.

The new introductory subscription rate is $29.00 as of September 1st 2009. As of 01 January 2010, the subscription rate will be increased to $59.00.

The subscription process and registering for your business profile account are two separate processes.

Site Admin manually verifies your payment and matches it to your site registration for your business profile. Once manually completed, an email will be sent to your site registration address with a password to enter the system.

All sites are active and waiting for members to begin advertising their products and services. Custom business advertising and promotional solutions are provided by site admin, for each site member as determined by the needs of the specific business.

Site Admin can help you develop additional advertising and marketing resources for use through the very small business sites, but this is additional project work that varies on a case by case basis. If you already have good copy for your business promotions and just desire to place information on the very small business advertising sites, in addition to having your required business profile, then any costs associated with help from site admin should be minimal. From a business standpoint, it is literally impossible for site admin to provide any quotes for additional site services, without reviewing a site members business plan of action.
